the following products can only be consumed on weekends, public holidays and general festive periods (gfp).* the drinks may also be consumed when alcohol is involved - cos sometimes you just need a mixer.

1. any carbonated beverages produced by coca-cola amatil (n.z.) limited. (exceptions being those beverages produced with a gold cap - the schweppes range - as they are good.)
2. any carbonated beverages produced by pepsico. inc. (no exceptions.)
3. any products sold by mcdonalds, kfc or burger king.

it is hoped that this list will expand as time progresses, and that the times of allowed consumption will shrink to naught but extra special occasions. but as i make and break the rules as i feel the need, this may be highly unlikely.

*general festive periods.
gfp1: december 25 through january 2 - the christmas/new years period.
gfp2: any live sporting events attended.
gfp3: any time spent watching world cup cricket matches.
