Ole!
One of our summer school courses here at the Centre is being lectured by a guy we're importing from Lund University, Sweden. His name is Ole Elgstrom, and he signs all his emails simply... Ole.
He needs to invest in an exclamation mark, dammit. I wonder if he'd understand if I made the suggestion to him when he gets here?
In other musings, the next person to walk into this windowless cublicle that you could probably best term my "office" and tell me that it's 26 degrees outside, or that it's a perfect day, or how they're thinking about going down to the beach because they can... hmm, let's be honest, nothing's going to happen to them bar a mild cursing under the breath. I think I'm going to take a long lunch break once Dave manages to wake up and find his way to school.
Oh, and there is a distinct possibility of partyage this weekend as part of the upcoming global celebrations for my soon to be older self. Maybe tomorrow night, maybe Saturday, who knows. Watch this space.
